How do biotic and abiotic components interact with each other ?

Guys please help me..its geography, chapter 1 class 7 ncert​

A biotic factor is a living thing that has an impact on another population of living things or on the environment. Abiotic factors do the same thing, but they are non-living. Together, biotic and abiotic factors make up an ecosystem. To survive, biotic factors need abiotic factors.

Yes, biotic and abiotic components are depend on each other. If something is missing from biotic then abiotic component cannot live or if abiotic component is miss than biotic components cannot live and also so it maintains ecosystem.

For example if there is no soil then plants cannot grow at all and if there is no air then human can not breath.
