hey user here is your answer
Mammals that have adapted to live in cold waters—such as polar bears and whales—can stay warm largely because of their blubber, a thick layer of blubber. The blubber is evenly spread over much of their body, just as the shortening in this activity covered the surface of your finger in a thick layer.
thank u hope its help u

Two coats of fur and a thick layer of blubber help to insulate the polar bear's body from the cold even at an temperature of 37degree Celsius. It is a thick layer of fat tissue. This tissue have generally low conductivity which means it doesnt absorb more heat as compared to other tissues.
