HI MATE HERE IS UR ANSWER
A Buddhist temple is a place where people come to find peace. And it is a practice not to wear distracting cloths and also do things to which would disturb others.
If you are a male better not wear things which will generate feelings of attraction or lust in others (for example, cover your biceps and other muscular parts by wearing a loos shirt instead of a bodyfit tights). If you are female ESPECIALLY should be very careful not to wear things or behave in ways which will distract the monks from their inner peace. Make sure you are doing your best not to generate any kind of feelings of attraction or lust in others. (cover the legs, breasts, dont wear tight dresses, dont wear transparent dresses.. its always good practice to wear long skirt with a well covered blouse)
Regardless whether you are male or female it would generate much bad karma for you if your body is causing a person on spiritual path to loose their peace.
