how do burning of fossil fuels cause an imbalance in the carbon cycle???.... please answer fat

on burning fossil fuels,it releases smoke which contains harmful gases i.e. carbon dioxide,carbon monoxide,sulphur dioxide and oxides of nitrogen with unburnt carbon particles.Moreover,in excess this will imbalance the carbon cycle
