In small intestine the intestinal juice breaks down carbohydrates to sugar or glucose, protein to amino acid and fat to fatty acids or glycerol.
Moreover, liver juice and pancreatic enzymes received in small intestine helps in making the medium acidic, emulsifying fats and breaking of protein respectively.

Bile juice from liver makes it alkaline and emulsify fats
And trypsin helps in breaking of protein and lipase to emulsify fats thes enzymes are secreted from pancreas

In the intestine,
 1) carbohydrates are digested by 2 enzymes-salivary amylase and pancreatic amylase.
2) fats are emulsified by bile juice and digested by pancreatic lipase.
3) proteins are digested by pepsine and trypsin
