the differences betweeninvoluntary, cardiac andvoluntary muscle? Involuntary muscle (or smooth muscle) is innervated by the autonomic nervous system and therefore is not under conscious control. It is not striated - rather, muscle cells contain small bundles of actin and myosin.

Cardiac muscles are rhythmic contraction and relaxation throughout life.

voluntary-they are in our control. So we can stop the voluntary muscle from its movement. But we cannot stop the cardiac muscle.
