they have the same genome and the same organelles. For example: why do all cells have nuclei but red blood cell's don't; why can't the cells of a eye perform the function of the tongue; and the list goes on and on. If you say it is because of gene regulation, so then how does the RNA know to transcribe the specific genes that are necessary to that particular cell

They vary in many ways which as
Plant cell have cell wall whereas animal cell does not have cell wall, then matures well developed vacoule is present in plant cell whereas in animal cell vacuole may be present bt not developed, then plant cell have chloroplast which animal cell does not have, the animal cell contains centrioles or asters which is absent in plant cell.
