The law, if passed by the Supreme Court, can be protested by the citizens. So in this way, the citizens help in formulating the law.

The people's concerns are important at every stage, of a law-making process i.e. from demand of a law to the finalization of a law. The TV reports, newspaper, magazines, radio programmes, local meetings etc are the important platform for the people's voice and concern.
