Explanation:

Lungs has a unit called alevoli which are bounded by capillaries. Then the Oxygen which cames in our alevoli diffuses in capillaries and then mixed with haemoglobin which is present in our RBC and forms Oxyhaemoglobin. Then the oxygen transported in the cells where it requires through blood .

That is the process for reaching of oxygen to cells.

Cells releases a by product called CO2 and the main product Energy.

CO2 mixed with water and reaches to lungs and exhaled by the process of expiration.
