How do contracts vary between countries?

The local laws relating to carrying out business and financial activities, differ between countries. Taxation is a major factor in doing business and no two countries have similar tax system, unless they are part of a union or group of countries that have agreed to have uniform tax laws. Hence contracts vary between countries.  

Contracts are agreements between two or more parties, binding them to follow instructions, as laid down in the contract.
