Create a form :

  • Log into your Create Account.
  • Click “Content” from the top menu.
  • Click “Add/Edit/Delete Forms” from the left hand menu.
  • Click ”Create New Form”.
  • Type the name of your form in the title box (this will appear above the form on your website page).
  • Type the text you would like for your button, e.g. “Submit”, “Send” in the “button text” box below.
