bcoz of the rotation of the earth
if the surface of the earth on which you're standing is facing towards the sun then it's daytime
and if the surface of the earth on which you're standing is not facing towards the sun then it's night time
if the surface of the earth on which you're standing is facing towards the sun then it's daytime
and if the surface of the earth on which you're standing is not facing towards the sun then it's night time
