Defaection:
It is the removal of all the undigested materials from the body. It is the final act that takes place in the process of digestion.

Excretion:
It is removal of harmful nitrogenous wastes ( urea,amino acids ) from the body. It is removal of nitrogen-laded wastes from the body.
