How do diaphragm , ribcage ,coastal muscles aid in respiration ?

during inhalation , the diaphragm contacts and changes its dome shape to flat and the external coastal muscles contracts ribcage enlarges ...
during exhalation the diaphragm and ribcage regains its original position and the internal inter coastal muscles contracts

Diaphragm , Rib-cage , Coastal muscles aid in respiration by helping in inhalation and exhalation of oxygen and carbon-dioxide to help in make energy in form of glucose to use oxygen and to remove the waste out carbon-dioxide by help of  diaphragm which is present in lungs and through trachea the co2 present inside a human body goes out
