how do existing democracy face the challenge of expansion

The existing democracies face a challenge of expansion. Challenge of expansion means a challenge for the government to establish more and more institution to have a large no. of peoples participation. It means that not a single decision should be out of the arena of democracy.

The different countries face different challenges to overcome challenge of expansion for example India faces the problems :-

• some of the socio- economically backward classes are yet not having the powers in the politics.
• some north east states are not yet included in mainland of India,etc.
