How do flowers reward their insect pollinators explain?

As insects sits on flowers, pollen grains on their legs and wings transferred to stigma.
For this they also get rewards i.e Nectar, place to lay eggs etc. there arevpollen robbers also which takes reward without pollinating flowers.
