Forests are very good at allowing water to enter the ground and recharge the water table. The soil, shade and organic materials under trees help hold moisture so it canbe absorbed and replenish groundwater levels.

by the nutrients in tree the water passes through the soil in ground which helps to replenish underwater if the cycle it replenish
