Bring free means freedom of taking your own decisions, being in control of oneself and not letting others influence the choices you take or the choices u feel are right. it is the ability to act independently and take decisions without authorization

Responsibilities are the things u have to take care of. It is a thing that you are required to do as a part of your job, school or life. If you have responsibility for something or someone, or if they are your responsibility, it is your job or duty to deal with them and to make decisions relating to them.

You should not let responsibilties harm your freedom but try to balance out freedom and responsibilities. You must not let responsibilties feel like a burden and try to be free while carrying out your designated responsibilities. Decisions are to be taken and choices are to be made in both the cases and both must go hand-in-hand.
