germs can enter r body through different ways if it is airborne bacteria or germ it can enter through r nose if not if it is present in food it may enter through r mouth. When these bacteria reaches the cell of a particular region the lysosome burst open and kill the bacteria OR bcz of these germs u may feel sick wen u consume tablets or medicine it gets destroyed.
