Groups influence our behavior in the following way:

  • Groups effects individual performance in terms of facilitation and inhibition.
  • Group tasking may also effect individual thinking and sense of humor at some point of time because in group all may not work.
  • Other advantage is level of thoughts may increase in individuals by seeking others way of thought.
  • For example in social loafing, sometimes burden will be on one person while others are relaxing.
  • In other way, in individual work there will be dropping from the given work if there are any time limits but if groups others may compensate.
