How do high peak show the age of himalayas

it represents they are young himalayas coz young mountains have sharp peak whereas old mountains have rounded peaksĀ

high peaks of the himalayas show that tjeyvare less rugged and less eroded which helps us to understand that they have been formed in the recent geographical history i.e they are young fold mountains. hence it helps to understand their age.
