when high speed winds are blown they blow off the air from that area thus creating a low pressure in that area . a low pressure is caused when there is lesser amount of air molecules and high pressure is created when there are more amount of air molecules in that area.

Answer:

high speed winds reduce sir pressure

Explanation:

it is generally logical that high speed winds take the upper layer of the air over any surface ( or earth) this results in reduced air pressure in the atmosphere . the same theory is also applied for flying of an aeroplane
