himalayas play a vital role in indian agriculture.....

The three perinneal rivers Indus,ganga and Brahmaputra are running throughout the year by the himalayas which carry alluvial soil and makes to grow various abundant crops.They are only reason for monsoon type of climate throughout india.They prevent the entering of cold central asian winds entering into our country which can cause severe damage to indian agriculture.They are the cause for retreating of south west monsoons throughout north india.due to above all reasons our agriculture will survive and give maximum results....

Himalayas play an important role in agriculture like rivers originate from Himalayas give us water for irrigation
we can find fertile soils in the bottom of the rivers which comes in the flow of water from Himalayas This is not enough the focus of agriculture in the Himalayan region is slowly shifting from traditional cereal crops to high-value cash crops farming such as fruits and vegetables.
