Hormones are transported by a connective tissue and this connective tissue is the blood which transports oxygen to all your body parts.
Similarly the hormones are transported through blood and are present in the plasma medium of the blood which is it's fluid part.

heya!!!
there are glands presend in our body. there are 2 types of glands :-
1. endocrine gland
2. exocrine gland
Endocrine glands secrete hormones directly into the blood stream. The hormones dissolve in plasma and travel the circulatory pathways through various body tissues. ... Because only those target cells have receptors for that particular hormone. Some hormones bind to receptors on the surface of target cells.
hope it may help you :-)
