first they go to some dirty places like bathroom , dustbin etc then when we are eaing they touch our food with those dirty hands . we eat the food and get sick . and if we live in a village then we go to do toilet in the river and some woman take that rivers water and give to thier family and they get sick so houseflies spread diseases like this
