Hi friend,

Human beings have a very adaptive nature in general. They can pick up and leave habits very quickly. Now a days when they are exposed to resources, they are unable to handle and end up wasting them. They are unable to handle their mental stress and burden themselves with never ending mental illness. When this happens, they are blamed by the society being a burden on others and the environment. The society and the environment is deeply effected by it.

I hope the answer was satisfactory.

Thanks

Human beings are selfish in nature, " as stated by Thomas Hobbes. Indeed man does care for the environment however man indulges in various activities that leads to the loss of Earth.

Example: Deforestation to clear land for sites. Excessive production of goods and services, wastage,  issues of dumping, pollution, etc.

There are various methods through which they end up wasting or burdening the resources. Like just for the sake of competing they burn resources to create too many goods.

I hope the answer was helpful.
