How do I answer this question guys

If 6 people completes 2/5 of the project, Then after joining of 3 more people the work will be complete 3/5 of the project in 9 days by all 9 people, Similarly, as above the complete project will be done in 13 Days by all 9 people. So, the answer is 13 days.
