moles NaC2H3O2 * 3 H2O = 3.5116 g/ 136.09 g/mol= 0.0258

concentration acetate = 0.0258 mol / 8.8 x 10^-3 L=2.93 M

pKa of acetic acid = 4.74

pH = pKa + log [acetate]/ [acetic acid] = 4.74 + log 2.93/ 3 =4.73
