u should study under lamp
or remove every thing form ur study room and table that distract u
and take small brakes after intervals
and if u want to listen songs for making ur mind relax than don't listen lyrical songs try to listen edm type songs

The most important factor behind our mind not getting in studies is mobile phone remember whenever you study never keep your phone with you.Study with blank minded not should be roaming in your mind just have a focus on your studies only.
