WHEN U SAVE THE FILE U GET ONE DIALOG BOX ASKING WHERE TO SAVE. IN THE DIALOG BOX U CAN SEE FILE NAME AND SAVE AS TYPE IN THAT OPTION U CAN CONVERT AS PDF
Open a file in an Office application.
Click Create PDF in the Acrobat ribbon.
Select Protect PDF in the resulting dialog box.

From the menubar file dropdown menu, there is an option "Save As". Choose that. Then you find the options PDF or XPS format. Select that. Then there are further some options. If you want to select them do select as you need. Otherwise, leave them to default values.
