how do I decorate my project file

you can decorate your file by cutting in any shape and then you decorate it by clay and small stars.

You can add some pictures related to the topic of your project. Right the topic on file in Calligraphy or some other font. But try to right in a bigger size. You can some decorative tapes (Glitter tapes or tapes with some pattern on them) for the border of the file. Adding border makes it look more neat. If you want you can add stickers but it is always better to decorate with handmade flowers or stars or any other decorative things. If you have time then you quill some flowers. Quilled flowers also look good on files. If your base is white then you can use bright as well as dark colours. But if the colour of your base is dark then use bright colours. Some colour combinations look really good like : green-red, blue-orange, pink-purple, pink-blue, voilet-yellow, pink-blue, green-orange, green-pink & red-yellow.
