CO is radius.=5cm
CQ is mid point of CD =4cm
then PQ=3cm

PrachiMaheshwari: see Q is the midpoint of CD... so the length of CQ / DQ = 4 cm.....draw a segment from O to D point.... that's radius....& it's length is 5 cm .... so accommodating to Pythagoras theorem....the length of OQ = 3 cm..

see the point Q is the midpoint of CD....
therefore QC=QD=4cm
draw a radius joing point D ,i.e., OD
OD= 5cm
according to Pythagoras theorem
the length of OQ= 3cm
then 5 - 3= 2cm
