Where r is radius of the cylinder , h is the height
If R>r, then,
( 2 pie Rh+ 2 pie R^2) - ( 2 pie rh + 2 pie r^2)
Therefore answer is (2 pie Rh+ 2 pie R^2) - ( 2 pie rh + 2 pie r^2)
