From which point you have to find median...
We can take example
For example you have to find medain from A point.
So first of all find the coordinates of mid point of BC. Consider the point as D . Now by distance formula find the lenght AD .
Hence the lenght of median has been find

Hii
In your question let's take BC a point where median AD intersect
first find coordinate of D
As
X=5+3/2
x=4
Y=3-1/2
y=1
Hence D = (4,1)
By distance formula find AD
=√(7-4)square+(-3-1)square
√9+16
=√25
=5units
