How do I find the sum of the series: 4+5+6+8+9+10+12+13+14+⋯+168+169+170. since D is changing from +1, +1 to +2 ?

HINT :
separate the even and odd terms into two different groups and by doing that you will find both of the groups are in A.P
use the formula for sum of A.P and solve to get the answer.
(Doing it by yourself would help you master in these type of questions)
