usually your school gives it to physically you but because of lockdown your school may send you the soft copy of the form.

Official website: A printable format of the NTSE 2021 Application Form can be downloaded from the official website of NCERT (www.ncert.nic.in) one month before the NTSE Exam. The same application form will be made available to schools as well. Candidates can also get the application form from the Liaison's office.
