how do I get rid of tension that I am having before my exams?

Hello friend!!!

◆The best way to release your stress before exam is to be fully prepared for the exam.
If you are fully prepared to face the test then you won't get any sorts of stress.

◆Secondly, relax yourself by meditating and then recalling everything you have learnt for your exam.

◆Keep everything prepared so that on the day of exam you won't be tensed that you left something .

◆Lastly after you are well prepared leave everything on God, he will pay you for your HARDWORK

Hello! dearie!

Having exams the next day? I have too! :(

So a few steps that I follow to get rid of the tension before exams are:

★ Just focus on what you are studying. Don't think how hard the paper will be, just learn whatever you have in your syllabus with the best of your ability.

★ Don't spend much time thinking about tomorrow. This will not only waste your time but increase the tension

★ Sleep early[ I don't know actually whether it works or not but yeah it worked with me]

★ Revise your chapters as many times as you can.
