How do i motivate myself to study what i hate?

for eg i dont like sst so i started giving more attention to sst by solving sample papers and reading the book if as a story book . study is so easy but only to give it that is cocentration . this is my expereince that i put forward to you hope you will be benifit

try doing real life application for example in science do experiments etc...in sst do traveling or ask you grandparent about what all the incidents happened when your grandparents where small etc.... so this is from my experience
