how do i solve 7x+6=45

sign changes when anything goes from LHS to RHS .
so , 7x = 45 -6
= 7x = 39
= x = 39/7

7x+6= 45
7x=45- 6
7x=39
×=39÷7
x=5.5714285714

that is x=5.6
