it is easy
just take triangle ABP and CBQ
given that -- AB = BC
∠ABP = ∠CBQ
∠PBD = ∠QBD
so it Δ ABP congruent to Δ CBQ { by ASA congruence rule }
∴ PB = PQ { by CPCT = Congruent part of congruent triangle }
