here your answer goes like this,,,

1stly we will all block some one wantedly or by mistake ,, so we too have an option to unblock a person

u can't unblock a person in brainly

but u can using some web like Google ,,

follow these steps to unblock

1st go to web and open your profile

and then go to ur frnds list

and search for your frnd whom u want to unblock and then search for the user
i searched for gungun64
it appears like above

click on that

and then their profile will open
then,,click on write a message

then u will get an option to unblock

u can unblock them and talk
