According to me it's technically impossible to use Android apps on PC. The reason behind it is the operation system. The mobiles we use mostly have the operating systems namely : Android, Android Kit Kat, ios and in PC the operating functions is all based on Windows. Their are few apps and games which runs in both, the reason behind this is... they are been coded accordingly to function in all the system..
