Industrialization is important for economic growth and development of a society but it is harming our environment in several ways.

  • Increasing industries leads to cutting down of trees for land.
  • It causes air pollution, as this industries are releasing harmful smokes (gases).
  • It leads to water pollution, when this polluted water is poured in water bodies it wakes water dirty for humans, animals and most importantly for aquatic living organism.
  • It causes land pollution ; as its harmful residues are thrown in open areas leading to illness and loss of life all over the world.
  • This industrial pollution is also affecting wildlife. Their habitat is being lost, species are becoming extinct and it is harder for environment to recover from natural disaster.
  • With rise in industrial pollution, global warming has been increasing at a steady pace. It causes melting of glaciers, extinction of polar bears, floods, tsunamis , hurricanes leading to end of earth.

Industries are good for economy but we should also see its drawbacks, it's harm to us, plants, animals and our environment...
