how do insects help to bring about pollination

Insects when sit on flowers for nector, the pollen grains stick to their legs and body and when they sit on other flowers of the same plant or other plant, the pollen grains are received by that plant through the sticky female part called stigma and thus helps in pollination.......

when insect like butterfly go to the plant flower for nectar or food some of the pollen grain get stikes to their  body and detaches themselves from the insect body and fall on the ground
this way insect help in pollination
