how do jumman and algu maintain the dignity of their roles as judges in god lives in the panch?

i know little that Jumman became as indifferent to her as his wife, who grudged even the little food .How can he go against him?" Algu said. " Panch,  realised his responsibility as judge and the dignity of his office.

Jumman and Algu felt a sense of responsibility as judges, they thought that they can't give out wrong decisions just because of their personal fight, as they are being given a great responsibility as judges. They maintain the dignity of the position of judge.
