How do l write my table of content on population

Go to References Cupboard and look at the Table of Contents compartment, it's the first compartment from your left and now click on the little down arrow next to Table of Contents. Select Automatic Table 1 or 2. Once the TOC is created, you can mark more stuff, that you want as a heading. Now, the auto-update button.
