The sixth stage is of an old man in which a man becomes too thin that his own clothes becomes too loose for him.He wears spectacles on his nose and has a pouch on sides. These all further leads to the extreme old age which is called the age of salinity or second childhishness as he looses all his taste, eyes and teeth and become completely dependent on others as a child. As the former leads to the later that is why the two ages overlap each other in reality.
