The fifth stage is that of a more sincere adult. He tries to live a justified life and is fair in his dealings. He becomes fat as his belly grows round. This is the most powerful stage of a man’s life because he is full of wisdom and wants to stay abreast of modern times. The sixth stage is that of a middle aged person, where he prepares himself for the forthcoming old age. In this stage, he learns to relax a little as his strength is weakening. He looks a little funny in his loose clothes, his shank begins to shrink and his voice too becomes weak.
The last stage of man’s life is his old age, where he retreats back to his childhood. This stage ends the events of his life as he enters into oblivion. He forgets everything and just drifts along. In this stage, he is without teeth, without eyesight and without the sense of taste. Thus end the seven stages of man and the curtain comes down on his life.
