sperm actually contains acrosomes but not lysosomes exacty.
acrosomes will have a highly acidic environment. when sperm comes in contact with oocyte - sperm interacts with a mucus layer present around the oocyte. inorder to enter the oocyte, sperms releases out acrosomal depositions on the mucus layer and then fuses with the sperm by clearing the mucus layer.
