Mammals have live birth, mammary glands to feed their young, and have hair not feathers. Birds lay eggs with nutrition in the egg for their incubation period. Birds have modified scales called feathers. There are many otherdifferences, like air sacs and hollow bones as opposed to full on lungs.

First difference......
Aves have feathers and wings while mammals don't have feathers and wings.
Second difference....
Mammals have 4 legs or two hands and two legs but aves have only 2 legs.
Third difference.....
Aves lay eggs while mammals (except platypus) give birth to young ones.
Hope this helps...
